        Every order is packed with food-grade insulated lining and gel ice packs, then shipped by our cold-chain courier. From the moment it leaves our cold store until it reaches your door, the temperature stays low and stable.

        We deliver across New Zealand with overnight and two-day cold-chain options. International shipping can be arranged for selected products on request.

        How should I store my seafood at home?

        Refrigerate immediately at 0–4°C and use within the recommended time, or freeze at -18°C for longer storage. Each pack includes storage and best-before guidance.
